Join Indian Army conduct the bharti rally for the posts of GD, Cleak, Tradesman, Technical, Nursing etc. Most of the candidates apply for the GD. 1. Education Qualification

You should have atleast 10th pass for join Indian army and also have the science and English in 10th standard.

2. Age Limit

For Indian Army Age limit must have 17+1/2 to 21 in the documents of the candidate.

3. Physical

A physically unfit person can’t join the Indian army. As per the Indian army, the physical standard for GD is-

Height- When you 1st entered in the Bharti ground, they check the height first. And if you are smaller than 165cm then you can’t join Indian army.

Weight- Weight of the candidate should be more than 50 KG.

Chest- Minimum 77cm and after expansion, it will be 82cm.

Indian Army GD Selection Process

For selection in the Indian army GD(General Duty), first you should have these above-given eligibility requirements. After that, you can apply for the upcoming process. Here are the stepwise details for join the GD in Indian Army.

 1. Registration Form

The first step to joining Indian army is registration. And for that, you have to be eligible for age and education qualification. Without that, you can not do the registration.

2. Physical

After the registration, candidates have to clear the physical test. Running, Pull ups, Balancing and jumping are the part of the Physical test.

3. Medical Test

The medical test is most important for join the Indian army. The medically unfit candidate is made out from the Rally. In this test, they check the every part of the candidate like eyes, ear, chest etc.

4. Written Test

If you cleared the physical and medical test than the last step remain is the written test. I know it’s very hard but if you check these Indian army sample papers than it will be easy for you.
